Lively brambleberry, sweet leather, black fruit and anise assert themselves on the palate, all the while managing to show a character of grace and elegance. Created from locally grown fruit and barrel aged for 26 months in American and French oak.
Deeply colored as the deepest dark red cherry, this wine has classic Zinfandel flavors. A bowl of perfectly ripe olallieberries is surrounded by exotic lilies. The berries have a huge scoop of roasted vanilla bean ice cream and are covered in Swiss milk chocolate. The wine is chewy with moderate tannins. The strong berry flavors on the palate give way to a nice acid hit. The vanilla finish screams high-quality french oak.

2020 SF Chronicle Silver Medal-The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness for sparkling wine, with low sugar and high acid. They were then softly pressed to avoid extracting tannins from the skins. Its smooth and creamy with a perfectly balanced mouth feel.
